It all started in 2005 when founder Marcus "Jet" Delgado left his corporate job to pursue his true passion: making the perfect New York slice. Armed with his grandmother's dough recipe and an unwavering love for real ingredients, he opened a tiny storefront on the Upper East Side with just four tables and big dreams.
"I didn't just want to sell pizza — I wanted every bite to feel like home. The kind of pizza that brings people together, that you talk about on the way home."
Word spread quickly. Lines formed around the block. Today, Jet's Pizza is a beloved New York institution, famous for hand-stretched dough, house-made sauces, and premium toppings sourced from local suppliers.

Jet's Pizza takes home "Best New York Slice" at the NYC Pizza Summit, putting us on the map and tripling our weekend foot traffic overnight.
We moved to our current larger location, added a dine-in area with 60 seats, and launched our signature deep-dish and stuffed crust creations.
Jet's Pizza goes digital — launching online ordering and delivery services. We partner with local couriers to guarantee hot pizza within 30 minutes.
